MGL500 Enterprise Architecture and Government Services

DESCRIPTION 

This unit investigates the challenges and developments for implementing enterprise architecture in government services. It critically examines contemporary issues confronting managers, such as ethics, governance and political imperatives impacting leaders, leading organisational change and innovation and leading strategic policy development and enable a better understanding of the layers of enterprise architecture within government. The aim of the unit is for students to prepare for the challenges of undertaking a future leadership role, mentoring others, and delivering on current and innovative strategy in enterprise architecture.
