MGL401 IT, Decision Making and Governance

DESCRIPTION 

The unit investigates the challenges of developing a dynamic and strategic approach to IT investment, management and operationalising technology within a governance framework for business units within government services. This unit critically examines contemporary issues confronting managers. This aim of this unit is to prepare students for the challenges of undertaking a leadership role, mentoring others, and delivering on current and future IT decisions in a government setting.
